Go-Ferm Protect Evolution – 100

A complex nutrient mix that helps dry yeast rehydrate properly. Add to rehydration water before the yeast. Use 1.25 grams per 1 gram of yeast with 17mL of distilled water. After 15-30 min add to must. Works well with later use of Fermaid O or K.
