White Labs European Ale Liquid

A malty Northern European-origin ale yeast. Its low ester production gives it a clean profile, with little to no sulfur production. Low attenuation helps to contribute to the malty character. Good for altbiers, Kolsch-style ales, malty English-style ales, and fruit beers.
