Used to adjust color and flavor of light colored beers, William Crisp Caramalt 15L provides subtle golden straw-like color, and slight sweetness when needed. Perfect for American and English pale ales. Caramalt 15L, like other crystal malts can aid in head retention and mouthfeel, helping to bring forth more body, and give otherwise light beers some shoulders.
